Spare tire "swing down",  they are built heavy duty from 1/4" plate steel to 3/16" wall 2x2 square tubing, skidplate,  UHMW bushings, 125LB  shock assisted for lifting the tire back into upright position, 5/8" lock pin, and a latch to keep everything tight so it won't ever rattle.
Can be ordered for up to a 35" tire.
Fits 2" hitch receiver.
